Job Description:
As an Electrical Job Estimator at Liana Electric, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs, resources, and timelines for electrical projects. Your role will be key in determining pricing, preparing detailed bids, and ensuring that all project requirements align with industry standards. This position requires someone with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and experience working in estimating or project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications to assess project scope and requirements.
- Estimate labor, materials, and equipment costs for electrical projects.
- Prepare and submit detailed cost proposals and bids to clients.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accurate cost projections.
- Analyze potential risks and recommend solutions to mitigate cost overruns.
- Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and pricing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator or in a similar role in the electrical industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
